Greenland UK is looking forward to new independent Japanese restaurant Sushi Moka opening later this summer at Ram Quarter, its flagship development in Wandsworth.
Sushi Moka specialises in authentic Japanese food with a fusion twist. The Ram Quarter signing builds on Sushi Moka’s successful restaurant in Marylebone where it has a reputation for excellent Japanese cuisine, achieved through its careful use of local suppliers and handpicked high-quality ingredients.
Sushi Moka will take space in Ram Quarter's prestigious Bubbling Well Square alongside established operators Sambrook’s brewery, fine dining restaurant London Stock and Strike bowling. It will be Ram Quarter’s first Japanese dining outlet, and will add to the food and leisure focus at the heart of the development.
Greenland has delivered more than 300 new homes at Ram Quarter - including the multi award-winning restored Coopers' Lofts apartments within the Grade-II listed brewery buildings - transforming the historic former home of Young’s brewery into an experience-led retail and leisure hub with a focus on independent brands. The business has maintained leasing momentum throughout the pandemic, consolidating Ram Quarter’s position as one of Wandsworth’s most exciting new dining destinations.
