Ram Quarter residents and lovers of great street food in Wandsworth are enjoying the new Fine Foods Market which is now up and running in the latest addition to Ram Quarter’s mix of activities and attractions.
Fine Foods Markets is running a weekly food market full of vendors offering everything from artisan bread and charcuterie to a BBQ lunch.
Every Saturday between 10am and 2pm (until 7 December) visitors can enjoy great street food options and fresh produce choices with a regular rotation of new and exciting operators.
Chris Daly, Senior Commercial Manager at Greenland (UK), said: “Ram Quarter’s new food market is a welcome addition to the weekend’s activities in Wandsworth. It allows local residents to enjoy a high-quality market that is currently only available further afield. It provides the perfect complement to the high street stores at Southside shopping centre and the boutiques on Old York Road, giving people the chance to top up their shop with a weekend treat or indulge in a delicious lunch. It’s always been part of Greenland’s vision for the site to bring the community in and make it part of the fabric of Wandsworth.”
The market started on 12 October and will run until 7 December, and will then break until the new year.
With stalls located on pitches which connect Wandsworth High Street into the heart of the Ram Quarter development, the market sits within Greenland’s restoration of the iconic former Young’s brewery, and is the perfect place for shoppers to drop in and sample the delicious food and produce on offer.
